The Christmas Campaign begins TODAY! This year we are inviting you to join us in having a very Nosey Christmas. We hope to raise $26,000 to purchase some state-of-the- art scenting equipment. This stuff is used in all kinds of scent detection and will help us enormously in our medical alert program but also will benefit the health and wellbeing of our KinderPAWS and Community Dog program dogs. We will also be training snake avoidance in 2023!
Dogs use their noses like we use our eyes. To a dog, everything has a smell and science tells us that dogs who have work opportunities to increase their scent libraries, have better self-esteem and resilience.
Bendigo Smiles has generously offered to match, $1 for $1 up to $12,000 so we only need to raise $14,000. What a lovely Christmas miracle!
